月初搬宿舍，管理員給了一張清單要求勾選搬進/遷出時的房屋狀況 ( apartment condition verification)
訊息如下-This is an important sheet to fill out and return to the office. It is designed to protect you against charges for pre-existing conditions when you move out. 今天在History Channel看到介紹美國死刑的節目，由於平常看的 LAW AND ORDER 背景是預設發生在 New YORK 這個沒有死刑的地方，所以可以借此了解一下。目前美國主要還是以注射致命毒劑(先後注射二劑)為主要方式。雖然這個方式已經算是目前比較人道的方法了，但是最近又傳出致命毒劑似乎並不是每次都在應該有的反應時間內達到目的而造成受刑人的痛苦延長…
